Do any of you geek out over multi-purpose, small-space solutions as much as I do? Despite the fact that we moved out of the city last year and I no longer have to store boots in my stove (oh, Manhattan), I still get excited about a dual-use product or virtually anything that can fold up. So when I stumbled upon these foldable, magnetic, wall-mount, dry-erase tables by LA-based design studio Scout Regalia at ICFF a few weeks ago, I knew I had to share them with you.
Co-founder Benjamin Luddy says the tables originated out of a need for impromptu conference seating in he and his partner Makoto's small LA office. "We tried to start with a size that worked in a number of different settings, be it an office, a house, or a restaurant," he says. "They gang together nicely into 2x, 3x etc. configurations and we have plans to do a square option soon, too."
The tables have the same exterior rated powder coat finish found on their garden kits and outdoor table set, which means they can handle the elements, but Ben doesn't recommend leaving them outside permanently. They come in four colorways: fern green, mint green, salmon pink, and charcoal. Dimensions are 26” W x 36” L x 29” H.
Note: The tables don't come with hooks, but Scout's heavy gauge powder-coated steel wall hooks (3" x 3.5" x 1", shown below) would pair nicely and come in coordinating colorways.
