You might be familiar with Freshly Picked for their trendy leather and suede baby moccasins (shown above), which come in virtually every color of the rainbow, including neon green and rose metallic, but today the Provo, Utah-based company debuts The Carryall, an American-made bag that's as fun and buttery soft as their baby shoes. I'll be honest, when I heard about the launch, I assumed they'd be diaper bags, but Freshly Picked founder Susan Petersen designed them to have a much longer shelf life:
"The idea is that it will narrate your life story from pre-to-post baby and everything in-between," she says. "Whether it's to the pool, the beach, the library, a dance class, karate lessons, vacation, or even a special trip home from the hospital, I want this bag to tell a story about your family's life, just as my moccasins, when worn, tell a story about your baby's life."
The bag is 100% top grain leather and fully lined with three interior pockets. It comes in 10 colors: goldenrod, coral, butterscotch, ivory, radiant orchid, neon pink, glacier, ebony, platinum and neon green. Measurements: 13" tall, 15.5" wide, 4.5" deep; 10.5" handle drop. $240. Made in El Paso, Texas.
